Exchange & Return Policy

We value your time and hence we take utmost care while packing the product. However, we understand our customers and accept exchange in the following conditions:

  • If the item delivered to you is in a damaged/ defective condition.
  • If a different item is delivered for that of what is ordered.

In both the above cases, notify us within 24 hours of accepting the delivery along with the unpacking video with good resolution.

 

We refund the amount when item is not available for exchange.

Note: 

  1. Product shouldn’t be used or tampered. All items must be returned in their original condition with price tags intact and packaging as delivered to you.
  2. No exchange of products based on the reasons size, fitting, color
